1. Service provider and contact

2. What Travel offers

NoBrainer.travel offers free trip-plan suggestions created with AI. You can browse the capital library, generate your own plan, edit it, download a calendar file and, when signed in, keep a private journal of visited places.

We do not sell tours, tickets or accommodation. We do not take bookings or enter into contracts with carriers, hotels or attraction operators on your behalf. You arrange those services directly with your chosen provider under its terms. Paid Pro features are disabled; using Travel does not start a subscription.

Using a feature requests that free service under these terms. Browsing the website does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

3. Access and free limits

Without an account, you can generate one successful plan per IP address. People sharing an internet connection may share that allowance. After signing in with Google or a verified email link, you receive three free plans per calendar year per account. The year is measured in UTC and the allowance resets on 1 January at 00:00 UTC. It is not a daily allowance or a rolling 12-month period from registration.

Generation temporarily reserves a place in the allowance; a successful plan uses it for that period. Your account shows the remaining allowance and reset date. Browsing the capital library and editing an existing plan do not use the generation allowance. Do not bypass limits with automated requests or accounts created for that purpose.

4. Your account and saved information

Sign in with Google or a link sent by email. Keep access to your email and Google account secure. Saved plans and journal entries are linked to your account; visited-place entries are self-reported.

Signing out does not erase data. You can remove individual places from the journal. To close your account or delete plans or other data, email hello@nobrainer.tech. We verify identity only as necessary and handle the request as explained in the privacy policy. There is no account-deletion button in the app.

5. Technical requirements

You need an internet connection, a current browser with JavaScript and an HTTPS connection. Sign-in requires the browser to retain a session. Calendar export requires an application that supports ICS files. Downloading or importing a file does not establish synchronization: later plan edits do not automatically update your calendar.

6. Your information and acceptable use

Provide only information needed for your plan. Do not enter health information or other sensitive data, passwords, identity documents or booking codes in requirements, place names or feedback. Do not provide other people’s personal data without a lawful basis. A child’s birth month and year are optional; do not provide their name or full date of birth.

Do not submit unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, disrupt the service or attempt to access another person’s account or plans. Treat your plan and any access token for it as private information.

7. Beta status and availability

Travel is a developing beta service. Errors, generation delays, maintenance and third-party outages can occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a plan within a fixed time. Contact us if something goes wrong. Beta status and free access do not limit your statutory rights.

8. Using plans and third-party licences

You may use your plan personally: read, edit, download and use it during your trip. To the extent we hold rights in the plan content, we permit that use. We do not promise exclusivity or that AI-generated content attracts copyright. Your own materials remain yours.

Photos, maps and other third-party materials keep their own licences. Source, author and photo licence details are displayed with the material when available. Missing details do not grant permission to reuse an image. Before copying material outside the app, check its licence and retain the required attribution. Statutory exceptions remain available.

9. Suggestions and responsibility

A plan is a suggestion, not a booking confirmation or an assurance of availability or safety. AI and weather data can contain errors. Before making decisions, check opening hours, prices, transport, weather, entry rules and health recommendations with official sources. Travel does not provide medical advice.

We are responsible for the service under applicable law. No term excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or mandatory consumer rights, including digital-service conformity rights where applicable. Free access, beta status and the need to check suggestions do not remove those obligations.

10. Complaints and support

Email a complaint or question to hello@nobrainer.tech or write to the postal address in section 1. Describe the problem and the remedy you seek; a plan ID helps us find it. No special form is required. We reply by email or another durable medium specified in your request. Our response target is 14 days from receipt; mandatory legal deadlines and consequences take precedence.

Contacting us does not limit access to courts or consumer assistance. For personal-data matters, you can independently complain to the President of Poland’s Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) or another competent supervisory authority.

11. Changes to these terms and ending use

We may change these terms because of changes in law, service features or security requirements. We announce material changes on the website at least 14 days before they take effect, with the changed text, reason and effective date. Where the law requires a separate notice on a durable medium or your consent, we meet that requirement. An announcement does not replace required consent or retrospectively change rights already acquired.

You can stop using the service at any time. If you do not accept a change, you can stop using Travel and request account closure at hello@nobrainer.tech. Any statutory rights to terminate the contract remain available.

12. Governing law

Polish law governs these terms. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence where applicable rules provide it. Courts with jurisdiction under the law hear disputes. These terms do not impose exclusive Polish court jurisdiction or compulsory arbitration on consumers.
