Does the agent book tickets and accommodation?
The agent suggests sightseeing. You make bookings yourself. Before you travel, check current opening hours, prices and availability.
How does the calendar work?
Download the full itinerary as an ICS file, including meal breaks and the hours shown in the editor. Import the file into Google Calendar on a computer. Set your calendar to the destination time zone first. Unscheduled items are all-day. Later edits do not sync automatically.
